Displaying Text on Cisco IP Phone

How do you configure CUCM 7.1(3) to display text on the IP phone when a user presses the Services button???

You would have to create a service that displays text, and that's the only service subscribed to the phone so it automatically opens.  Inside of your custom service you would need something like this:

Hello World
