I have a site that when an external caller is placed on hold, the MOH "skips" and starts over at about the 5 sec mark. The MOH.wav file has been replaced several times, and when listened to as just a .wav file, it sounds good. Thoughts?

You can reset the MOH server, and also try resetting media streaming service. this should be done in maintenance window, and should clear this out.
