DND on Phone Only Jabber

Is there any support for DND on Phone Only Jabber or is disabling the Phone Service the only option?

DND is still not supported as of 12.0.

That link doesn't really say anything about DND in Phone only mode but I sort of figured that was the case or it would be easy to find.
