We use an autodialer at our company, and currently all use Cisco IP Phone 7942. We have an internally-generated Do Not Call List for customers who have asked us not to be contacted. When someone is on our Do Not Call List, they are removed from the dialer, so automatic phone calls can't happen. However, we don't currently have a way to prevent an associate from manually calling customers on the Do Not Call List, and we've had several issues with this in the past and would like to find a solution.
We'd like to put a control in place so that nobody can contact a phone number manually on an internally-generated Do Not Call List. For example, an associate tries to dial a phone number manually, and the call ends or just doesn't go through.
Is this possible using the IP Phone 7942? How would we go about implementing this? Estimated cost?
