Does changing the hunt-scheme sequence need a reset?

I have to change the hunt sceme in a Trunk Group on a 3945 gateway from "hunt-scheme sequential both up" to 'hunt-scheme sequential both down."  Will this require a reset of some type?  Is it something I will need to do after hours?  Will it affect calls on the PRI?  Thanks
