In this document "Components and Cables for Cisco TelePresence Endpoints", it says "automatically included with Top Level PID", does it mean it's not necessery to order a separate CP-PWR-CUBE-5= for DX80 unit?

That is correct. The "PID" is the Cisco Product ID. The "Top Level PID" means the primary ordering PID.  PID can also be translated as SKU. The DX80 SKU includes everything that says, well, "included".
