But where can I download the firmware? I could find it in the download section.

Hi David,
That is most correct my friend
Here's the version history note;
9.1 | KEM Support for Cisco Unified 8961, 9951, and 9971 SIP IP Phones | Increases line key and feature key appearances, speed dials, or programmable buttons on Cisco Unified SIP IP phones. |
from;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeroad.html
Here's the path for the firmware that is listed in the doc you linked;
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Software-9.2(3) |
9971 SIP Firmware files only- Compatible CUCM Versions: 7.1(3)+
cmterm-9971.9-2-3-27.zip
Cheers!

Hi Rob!
Thanks for the quick answer! Probably I think I need an other Firmwareload, cause I use a 8961 IP Phone.
As mentioned in this link
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/cme90spc.html
there should be following Firmwareloads available:
SIP9971.9-2-3-27.loads
SIP9951.9-2-3-27.loads
SIP8961.9-2-3-27.loads
Can u tell if the SIP9971.9-2-3-27.loads also works fine for 8961? Or may you can tell where to get the 8961 Firmware?
Many Thanks!

Hi David,
Sorry about that, I was thinking 9971 for some reason
Here is the similar path for the 8961;
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Software-9.2(3) |
8961 SIP IP firmware files only - Compatible CUCM Versions: 7.1(3)+
cmterm-8961.9-2-3-27.zip
Cheers!
Rob
