Doubt how to upgrade firmware 9971 about CallManager Express

Hi Guys,

I am trying to upgrade firmware IP Phone 9971 in CallManager Express 9.x, but, not worked.  Appear the follow error message:

%Tar checksum error in tftp://10.93.2.11/cmterm-9971.9-4-2SR2-2.k3.tar

After verify the 3CDaemon Server configuration and not found problem, verify that the problem is related the file. I did download the file for CUCM not CUCME.

I did download cmterm-9971.9-4-2SR2-2_REL.zip, but, when I extracted not appear nothing file with extension .tar

You have the wrong files for CCME 9.X. These files are for CUCM. Here is a link to download the files for 9.X CCME.

NB: Each CME has different firmware versions.

The cme-152-4Mv1.rar has cmterm-9971.9-2-2SR1-9.tar. So if you need a higher firmware version you have to check which of the files has it..

Also this is the latest firmware for CME 9.1 and CME 9.5
