Hi everybody.
Several voice gateway routers require dps resources to convert analog call to voip and vice versa. Are these dps chips come with the cards such as fxo or do we have to order it separately ?

Hi Sarah,
DSPs are embedded onto PVDM modules which fit onto the motherboard of the router or on network modules such as NM-HDV2. Depending on the model of the router, the number of PVDM slots vary. Depending on the part number of the PVDMs, the numbers of DSPs and density varies. Here is a link which should help address some of the follow up questions you may have:
