DTMF Digit delay between IP phone and CUCM

We have set up an IP phone at a remote location called "abc". In this location, there are no PRI lines connected. As a result, we have configured a SLRG in the device pool to access the gateway based on the Device pool, and outbound PSTN calls are being routed through a gateway situated in another remote location.

The end users at "abc" are encountering a 10-second delay when initiating PSTN calls. Upon reviewing the logs, I observed that there is a 10-second delay in processing the DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) digits.

Interestingly, users who are located at the same site as the PRI gateway are not experiencing any delays, and their calls are being processed normally.

calling number: xxx called number: xxx

attaching the logs and suggest if any thing that can be done on the CUCM

As this is a remote user who calls from his desk phone to a PSTN through another location, And the users who make calls to PSTN where the voice gateway reside doesn't have this delay, its probably  from the network side.

if the communication is through the firewall, at the minim make sure to disable the sip inspections if you are using SIP phone models.

Hello @Nithin Eluvathingal

Thanks for your response.

The issue occurred due to overlapping of the route pattern. It got fixed by checking the urgent priority checkbox under route pattern configuration.
