When the caller places a call using the BlockCallerID calling search space, the far end does not recognize the DTMF. By changing the css to long distance, it allows the DTMF just fine.
Region settings:
Region Audio Codec Preference List Maximum Audio Bit Rate Maximum Session Bit Rate for Video Calls Maximum Session Bit Rate for Immersive Video Calls
New York Use System Default (Factory Default low loss) 64 kbps (G.722, G.711) 384 kbps 2147483647 kbps
NOTE: Regions not displayed Use System Default Use System Default Use System Default Use System Default
Looking for ideas.

The css itself does manipulate dtmf in anyway. Its underlaying routing decisions do. So the two css. The have two route patterns i aam assuming. Do these use the same route list and gateway to establish the call?

Hello,
You need to understand which CSS uses what Gateway (which CUBE for example) in order to identify and compare the difference on the configuration of connectivity with the telephony provider.
