Hi folks,
Problem description: When US Customer Mobile no plays voicemail message to agent, we hear 4 DTMF tones are passed.
Am facing weird issue on US customers. I have captured Voice Gateway q931 ISDN logs, ccapi, ccsip messages. In logs unable to trace out.
I suspect in logs is
1. Fax Rate=FAX_RATE_VOICE(0x2)
2. Consume mask is not set. Relaying digit. Check DTMF relay digit end for 3way conf.
3. STOP tone on digit = FALSE.
458185 - Source CCAPI call id, 458186 - CCAPI destination call id.
