Hi All,
Issue
When users dials from cisco IP phone to third party contact center IVR menu,The DTMF tones are not getting recognise.
But when i dial from mobile phone it is working.
Call Flow
CUCM --> H323 gateway --> PSTN
The inbound Dial Peer on H323 gateway is

Which phone (model) you are using ?

Okay, have you tried to change dtmf type as suggested in given supportforums link ?
Please attach below debug logs from h323 gateway.

We are not going to get anything from this debug because OOB DTMF is not carried in rtp.
