Firstly - I am a newbie in this field so please answer as such. Thanks.
I am running CME 7.1 on a Cisco 2900 series router using SCCP. I have been adding phones (7941's) to the system and all of the new phones are not able to access touch tone services outside the company while the existing 7941's can. If I dial extension to extension I do hear tones and If I dial the CUE from inside it works but through an outside line it doesn't. Configuration wise the phones are the same firmware and CME settings. Ideas on where to start searching?
