e.164 and the + symbol

Let's say I have two sites. They dial each other over a WAN with e.164 numbers (including the leading + symbol). If I'm in one site and call someone at the other site and they don't answer, how will my number show in their missed call list. With the '+' or without it?

This is CME > 8.5 and there's no manipulation to the number

Thanks

depnding on the phone model and how the dial plan configured, if the phones regisstered with +E164 number format

and as you stated there is no number manipulation if both sites registered to the same CME the number then will remain

if they use some H323 connection i think -not sure - the + will be striped and might need to be prefixed in the inbound direction at the other end

better you test with simple call can confirm
