Hi,
I have a problem with my MGCP controlled 3945 PSTN Gateway router with IOS 152-4.M5 with card VWIC3-2MFT-T1/E1
CUCM Version 9.1.2
Everything seems working normally, I can make inbound call from PSTN and reach auto attendant, until I found that there is a channel mismatch used by router and telco side.
When I did debug isdn q931 firstly the router will start using channel 1 until 15 and also at the same time I enter command show voice call status everything working normally. Same channel information from debug isdn q931 and from show voice call status

And after reaching channel 17 the problem start to appear, the channel from debug isdn q931 was not using the same channel as the output of show voice call status and I cannot hear anything just blank. And the problem persist until channel exhausted which is 31. And start from 1 the channel will normal again.

Anyone could help ? Thanks in advance.
below is the router configuration :
-------------------------------------------------
Cisco Configuration Professional (Cisco CP) is installed on this device.
This feature requires the one-time use of the username "cisco" with the
password "cisco". These default credentials have a privilege level of 15.
YOU MUST USE CISCO CP or the CISCO IOS CLI TO CHANGE THESE PUBLICLY-KNOWN
CREDENTIALS
Here are the Cisco IOS commands.
username <myuser> privilege 15 secret 0 <mypassword>
no username cisco
Replace <myuser> and <mypassword> with the username and password you want
to use.
IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE THE PUBLICLY-KNOWN CREDENTIALS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE
TO LOG INTO THE DEVICE AGAIN AFTER YOU HAVE LOGGED OFF.
For more information about Cisco CP please follow the instructions in the
QUICK START GUIDE for your router or go to http://www.cisco.com/go/ciscocp
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
User Access Verification
Username: administrator
Password:
% Password expiration warning.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Cisco Configuration Professional (Cisco CP) is installed on this device
and it provides the default username "cisco" for one-time use. If you have
already used the username "cisco" to login to the router and your IOS image
supports the "one-time" user option, then this username has already expired.
You will not be able to login to the router with this username after you exit
this session.
It is strongly suggested that you create a new username with a privilege level
of 15 using the following command.
username <myuser> privilege 15 secret 0 <mypassword>
Replace <myuser> and <mypassword> with the username and password you want to
use.

Perhaps this is a partial PRI circuit and not full PRI?

This command has never been very reliable, so I would not look at it.
Since this is MGCP GW are all ports configured in CUCM and showing registered?
01-27-2015 07:41 AM
I Checked from IOS since I cannot found an endpoint registration for digital/ E1.
Following is output from IOS, showing all endpoint ports are registered, and from CUCM shows registered as well (attached)
