in ccm 2 E1 lines are showing rejected status , but my question is if status is rejected the call need to jump to another E1 line in Route group. but calls are getting fastbusy.
Is their any option to activate to check another E1 line when status rejected in call manager service parameters?
please help me on this.

Please make "Stop Routing on User Busy Flag" parameter to False. Default is true. Making it to false will resolve your problem.
