I currently have a router with the following modules
NM-HDV2-2T1/E1 with VWIC2 2MFT T1/E1 and a separate VWIC3-2MFT T1/E1
All to be used as E1 so giving 6x E1 ports in a 3945 IOS 15.X router. The router will only be used for E1 no conf or transcoding. I looked at the DSP Calculator and it suggested I do not need any DSP`s - Is this correct ?
I just need a second opinion on this - If we do not do any conf or transcoding it seems no DSP are required? - Is this right
I need to move VWIC between different routers to free some up and then send them to different locations but I need to make sure I do not need to move DSP`s as well
thanks

Hi,
I dont think you are inputting the number of channels you are proposing to use
You need to input up to 30 channels for each bearer.
