e164 Pattern Map config file

is there a template of the .cfg file that i need to add in the pattern maps?  i know the commands to have it referenced.  but not really sure if there is a certain format to that is needed.  Any help would be appreciated.

The e164-pattern-map.cfg file is literally just a list of the patterns. Take a read here:

so - just simply create a text file. name it .cfg.  

and put my patterns in?  same way?

The examples show that it is just the list of patterns, so without the "e164". Presumably the e164 is assumed since it is an e164-pattern-map.cfg file.
