echo on cipc

hi folks,

i have one cipc phone that has echo when calling in and out, have you guys see something where one phone is effected by the echo.

With CIPC yes... usually it's headset/microphone issue (i.e. using a laptop that has them too close together, or thinking you are using the headset mic when the laptop mic is still active etc).

i have other cipc on laptops and they are not reporting of echo issue.

Are you using a proper headset? Factors such as the physical build of the laptop, your mic/speaker volume settings etc all have an effect.
