Email Notification

Hi Guys How are you all. Guys i need your assistance On CUE (Cisco Unity Express) i am configuring Email notification on CUE  but it won't work somehow.

Hi there  i have configured everything accordingly as mentioned in above . CUE won't  take DNS server somehow

Try to configure DNS from CUE' CLI as below

config t
ip domain-name <abc.com>
ip name-server <DNS ip address>

I did that already it's not taking  ip name-server gives me a message like this

WARNING!!! Could not reach 192.168.1.1 using DNS.
WARNING!!! If 192.168.1.1 really is a DNS server, then
WARNING!!! there may be a firewall blocking DNS packets.
WARNING!!! DNS uses UDP port 53.
WARNING!!! NAME-SERVER 192.168.1.1 Will be entered in the DNS List

It seems to a be network issue (firewall, access list, no ip route etc).

we are not suing any firewall
