EMCC Login Succesful but no Device profile loaded

Hi,

I am working cucm 8.5.1 and using EMCC in our cluster with 7965 voip phone.

EM cross cluster login for one visitor shows succesful but doesnt load the device profile of the visitor. Phone screen shows registring status while pressing service button showing logout option of visitor user.However device profiles work fine on their home cluster.

When we check remote logged in profile in cucm it show that visitor login with same phone.

Are you using CIPC or physical phone?

Hi,

I am using physical phone 7965. EMCC configuration is working for other visitor so i am not suspecting on configuration however i will check it once again.

i have checked the configuration. It looks fine. phone is still in registering state..
