Emergency Responder - desktop application

Hi All

I have been asked by client whether there is a Windows desktop client application exist to receive and popup CER-911 alert. The funny story is the client asked chatGPT for that question and received an positive answer. ChatGPT claimed there is a Cisco software product as "Cisco Emergency Responder Locator (ER Locator) Client software" capable of doing such job to communicate with CER and generate desktop popup alerts. However, I searched everywhere on internet and found nothing.

I wondered this is an AI made up staff, but want some experts input if you have any clue.

I've never heard of such an application.
And honestly, if someone says to me, that a text generator says a specific product exists, I would stop talking to him.

And definitely, your customer has not understood, how chatGPT works.

lol...I explained to my client that AI generates text by training inputs, and shouldn't be treat equally as internet search engine.
