Hi all, I was wondering how everybody configures their CUCM with regards to emergency services, at the moment if a user dials 999 and hangs up we would get the emergency services turn up at our head office and not where the user made the call from, we need to have the location that the call was made from presented to the emergency services.
Cisco has EOS their Emergency Responder and I can not seem to find a suitable solution or work around, what is the most common solution?
Thanks all
Martyn

Hi Martyn,
I believe that only the 8.0 - 8.7 versions (and earlier) have been EoL/EoS by Cisco and that the newest 10.0 version is the recommended replacement
CER End of Life notices;

CER 10.x

Cheers!
