Error :128 : A Line Template exists with the same name - Inserting phones in CUCM

Hello all and thanks for your time and expertise.  I'm trying to insert two Cisco 7975 phones and I receive the following error message:

Mac Address ($) Device Line Association:: Error :128 : A Line Template exists with the same name

Please note I did accidentally upload these phones as Cisco 7945s but I deleted them before the upload.  I also removed the directory numbers from call manager.

I've tried to confirm there is no other Line Template with the same name I'm using but I'm obviously missing something.  Anyway I would appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this problem.  Thank you.

Line Templates are used either with the Bulk Administration Tool or if creating phones using a Universal Line Template. To view any line templates that have been created in your system, navigate to User Management > User/Phone Add > Universal Line Template.

If a template listed there has digits for a name, then I can see that causing your error. Check to see if the template is in use somewhere, or just rename it or delete it. Then try adding your phone and DN again.
