Error in CCM MmmanService. What does it mean?

I got this strange error message in a CUCM 7.1(3) trace. Does anybody know what it means?

"CCM|MmmanService - ERROR Too many calls to  decrementTotalNumberOfRegisteredCallingEntities, Already at zero."

There is a lot of these errors in the trace.

Do I need to take some action to deal with the error?

Hi

These errors messages are actually created when a device is trying to register and isn't
able to register.
