error in cme

Hi

I have a CME installed in ISR . frequently i am getting this alert in our monitoring tool :  "  Interface VoiceEncapPeer20067 is Down for xxxxxxxx

and it's management IP is 0.0.0.0

Can anyone plese tell me what is the cause,reason for this ... is it service affecting ...

Can you post the results of:  "show dial-peer voice 20067" ?

do a show dial-peer voice 20067

also do a show dial-peer voice summ and see if the dial-peer is down

HI As i have posted the Dial-peer above . please note i do not have any such dialpeer created in the CME (  dial-peer voice 20067) then why i am getting this error .
