Error installing license on ELM

Hi,

I get this error message when I try to install a license file which I got from Cisco after I copied the request from the ELM.

It is the Not for resale UC package from Cisco which included the license.

This is a fresh install of ELM 9.1, CM 9.1, CUC 9.1 and IMandPresence 9.1

They all have internet connectivity and the ELM server was unable to communicate with the Cisco licensing server for some unknown reason.

Any ideas?

Have you tried a different browser like Firefox?

Just try what Manish has said else license file is a problem.

So far I have only used IE, but I will try firefox.
