Error message after installing CCP

Hi Guys,

After i inatalled the CCP 2.8, i keep on having an error message  saying " CCP requires internet explorer java plug-in 1.6.0_11 or above, see attached. I installed the Java 1.7 and keep on receiving the same error.

I am actually running Win 8.1 on my PC.

Could someone help me with this, please?

Hi Ovigo,

Is the java pluging enabled on IE? check on the "Managed-add ons"

which is the java version installed?

After making sure that is installed, when trying to open the CCP, right click on it and click on "Run as administrator"

also try to use the latest CCP release always

Hi David,

I have followed the instruction it doesn't work, and after i uninstalled / reinstalled and at the end of the installation i got that message that i attached for the system check, which look OK, then after i disable the firewall and double check again your recommendation and i got the same error message.

Any additional comment will be greatful.
