Hello ,
Could some one advice , what i need to do to erradicate these error messages;
CME-C2851(config)#tftp-server flash:Desktops/320x196x4/TN-Dak.png
File with same name already being served

you could be hitting the bug, CSCti13845, please check the below link regarding the details of the bug.

and the work around for this issue is,
upload as different file name, and create alias for what it needs to be.

please find the details regarding the BUG,
Symptom: Have a file on tftp: tftp-server flash:Desktops/320x212x16/List.xml ** Then try to serve another file with same name, but in a different directory: AMB2921-01#conf t Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z. AMB2921-01(config)#tftp-ser AMB2921-01(config)#tftp-server flash:Desktops/320x216x16/List.xml File with same name already being served show below: DanRouterA#show run | s tftp- tftp-server flash:secdsp.ca tftp-server flash:secdsp.crt tftp-server flash:Desktops/320x216x16/List.xml tftp-server flash:Desktops/320x216x12/List.xml tftp-server flash:Desktops/320x212x12/List.xml DanRouterA# Conditions: Issue found in c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-2.T.bin verified in the lab on c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.151-2.T.bin This was working in other versions of ios: i.e. c2800nm-adventerprisek9_ivs-mz.150-1.M.bin Workaround: upload as different file name, and create alias for what it needs to be.
