Hi,
I want to activate the 8FXS on my Gateway ( 2921 ), can you help me with the proper step/command to be able to activate the port.
Cisco CISCO2921/K9 (revision 1.0) with 884736K/49152K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID xxxxxxxxxxx
3 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
108 Serial interfaces
4 ISDN Basic Rate interfaces
1 terminal line
4 Channelized E1/PRI ports
24 Voice FXS interfaces
DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity enabled.
255K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
250880K bytes of ATA System CompactFlash 0 (Read/Write)

Did you create the ccmgroup like I posted above? Do the following -
sh sccp ccm group
If there is nothing there do the following -
conf terminal
sccp ccm group 1
associate ccm 1 priority 1
associate ccm 2 priority 2
exit

After in type:
show sccp ccm group

I received: The specified CCM is already associated to the selected CCM group.

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. From what I have read, you are replacing an ATA with a 2921 for faxing. How does this fax machine terminate?

I just want to replace ATA with the 8FXS/DID, we have 12 Fax nr which in this moment are on the Ata moduls.

I would start by building a 2921 gateway within Call Manager. Once created, choose the module contained in the specific slot. In this case it may be an EVM-HD and then in subunit select your 8FXS/DID. Then build your ports.

Are they showing registered?
Is your phone you are dialing from configured with proper CSS that can reach the DN's partition.
