Hello.
I'd like to know how to exclude certain numbers from a call blocking pattern.
I want to block outgoing cell phone calls, except certain numbers that are toll-free between our company's users.

No, not really.
CME is not administrable by end-users for anything other than very basic. On the other hand, no other PBX is.

Configure best match patterns for those numbers, if you already know the exact numbers configure a route pattern with the whole phone number

I think you're talking about CUCM, but actually I have a CUCME solution.
I'd appreciate some guidance for CUCME

The concept is the same, you use COR to block call to cellphones, except specialized DPs thta have no COR applied.

We can do it during implementation, but it can be hard to understand for our customer during operation.
Is there another way to do it besides Dial-Peers? I mean something web-administrable.
