Expansion Module Issue

I have a hand full of 8851 phones each with 2 BEKEM 36 line expansion modules attached to them. The expansion modules are all configured as BLF speeds most are for internal people to make transferring easier and more efficient. The problem I am having is periodically the buttons on the expansion module are not lighting up showing the line in use which sometimes causes issue when trying to send a call to that line.

I have been able to temporarily fix this by resetting the phone either from call manager or the user resets it at the phone. I am looking for a more permanent solution if there is one to be had.

Hi David,

The BLF issue on KEM is known issue in firmware 11.0 version and is tracked in bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuv80772

The fixed versions are not yet available on CCO. Please contact TAC to get it published.
