Expansion module is detected by 8851 but unable to configure it on cucm snap attached

Hi -

Make sure you have created and applied a phone button template to support the module and that you've configured the Expansion Module Information section on the Device page.

For Example

Phone Button Template --> Standard 8851 SIP 2L 3SD 36BLF

Expansion Module Information --> Module 1 --> BEKEM 36-Button Line Expansion Module

still having this issue? your capture is on the device page and should be under the Related Links area, but 2 things to be able to configure the side car.

1. Define the device page to have an expansion module.

2. make sure the phone has the correct button template to accommodate the side car.
