This is not true it's previously accessible via internet https://cmslab.ciscolive.com/ i had checked on multiple PC but all of sudden it's give 404 error. I had opened the case with TAC let hope for the best
Hi, Yes i had solved it by removing IPCC extension from Agent end user in CUCM and after few minutes re assign it and configure Agent Resources in UCCX now it's working fine.
