Hi together,
My Supervisor wants a printed List of all missed calls for his DN from the last week.
Is it possible to get a file or something which includes a list of the missed calls for his DN ?
We do not use CDR, and I think die place where the missed calls are stored is the IP-Phone, so that I have almost no chance to get a List.
Kind regards
Christian

Hi Christian,
As you most correctly noted, the Missed Calls List (Call History) is stored on the IP Phone itself so there is no method to retrieve this list/report for your Supervisor. This would have to be manually copied (one by one) from the actual phone.
Sorry man! Hope this helps!

Hi,
Yes this helps to harden my thoughts :-)
I thought maybe there's a way with log-files or traces or something....

It all also depends how the call manager is setup to handle any CDR records. There is a way to query the SQL CDR Database but unanswered incoming calls seem not to appear.
I tried it on my Dev System but may need some more tweaking.
There is a document on the Cisco website explaing how to use this.
select * from CallDetailRecord
where dateTimeConnect > '973995954' were the datetimeconnect is in Unix time.
Above us for all calls made after a date.
For between dates:
select * from
CallDetailRecord where dateTimeConnect > '973995954' and datetimeconnect < '1063574868'
http://www.onlineconversion.com/unix_time.htm
You will need to use SQL Query analyzer and then in there select the CDR database
