extension mobility: enable enterprise subscription or not?

what is the best practice for extension mobility while creating phone services? is it best option to check the enterprise subscription or not? what is advantage and disadvantage if enabled it? 

 

what is the best practice in this regard.

There is no best practice, it's up to your requirements. If every single device will be EM enabled, then use it.

Jaime is right. There is no one best practice. It will depend on how extensively you use it. Remember that if you don't check the Enterprise Subscription box, any phone that will host an extension mobility profile will have to be subscribed to the service, and every extension mobility profile will also have to be subscribed.

If you think new phones and profiles might be missed, then the Enterprise Subscription checkbox is a good idea.

For devices that should not host an extension mobility profile, there is also the checkbox on the device itself for enabling extension mobility that can remain unchecked.
