Extension mobility enterprise subscription

Dear All,

How do I subscriber extension mobility service on all the phone in the cluster at one shot?

CCM version: 9.1.2.12901-3

Hi Syed,

There is a checkbox "Enterprise Subscription" on the Service configuration page when you add extension mobility service or any other service. Checking this will assign it to all phones, you just need to enable the Extension mobility checkbox on the IP phones.

I am not seeing the Enterprise Subscription on the service configuration page.

Hi Syed,

This option is only available at the time of creation of service for the first time. You will need to create this EM service again and then click enterprise subscription.
