Hi,
We are using Cisco Call Manager Version System version: 7.1.3.32900-4
We have a few people who operate between buildings and the issue we have is:
Agent A is logged into phone in building X using extension mobility. When he/she leave her desk and goes to building Y could take 1hour. In this time, I ring him/her on her extension and it rings in building X and I dont leave a VM. When he/she logs into a phone in building Y, it doesn't note the missed call from me. When he/she checked the missed calls, it has the missed calls on the physical device and the missed calls from the previous extension that was logged in there.
Is there a way when someone logs into a phone via extension mobility it will bring the missed calls on the device profile with them?
Hope this makes sense?
Thanks
Anthony.

I don't think it's possible since this info is store on the phone directory and not on the user device profile.

I am not sure this is possible, I've never been in an enviornment that had such a configuration.

Missed, placed and received calls are stored locally on the phone's flash.
What you're looking for cannot be done.
That sounds like an interesting feature, if you're really interested in it I'd recommend you to reach your AM and submit a PER.
