Got a customer recently upgraded to CUCM 9X. When user logs in with EM profile, the phone shows login successful but the extension never gets updated or the phone never restarts to get the profile. Any ideas why?

1. is the phones on the latest firmware for cucm 9.x?
2. restart your extension mobility service and tftp service under servicability on the cucm.

yes, latest firmware and EM and tftp restarted previously but no luck. opening a ticket to see if this is a bug...thanks.

what is the exact CUCM version u are using?
what is the phone model on which you are facing the issue and firmware ?

Looks like they have a DB replication issue between the CUCMs which might be causing this.

u can check the same by running utils dbreplication runtimestate from CLI .

The issue ended up being a DB replication issue with the CUCMs. Although on the surface and in any of the replication status shows it good, TAC found out it wasn't in the backend and had to fix it.
