Is EM supported while connected via the anyconnect VPN. I have EM working fine on phones inside the network, but when testing on a phone outside the network connected via the anyconnect VPN I get "Host not found".

Can you use the corporate directory or other IP Phone services?

Yes, I am able to use the Corp Directory and IPMA services.

I figured it out. Port on ASA was being blocked. Got it working now.

Hi Nasir,
Check under “Ip phone services” the extension mobility service url and make sure that port is opened on your firewall.
Also check if Certificate is correctly installed on your IP phone.

For my setup the CUCM authenticates the user properly shows "login successful" message. and stuck on Phone registration.
I think the next TFTP pull is not working.
note: EM inside LAN setup is working fine. I am able to login with same username and password. The UDP and user association is proper.
