external caller ID call manager 9.1.1.200000-5

Hello,

we have a call manager 9.1 for a compagny and they want to show the compagny name when they do external call.

in CUCM 7.XX we put the user name in "caller ID" and the compagny name in the "ASCII Display"

but with the version 9.1 it's seem different.

any idea?

when they do external call it show the (caller ID) with the external Phone number Mask ( the compagny main phone number)

Only certain providers let you do this, however the configurations need to be set on the Gateway side. Display IE Delivery needs to be checked.

It also depends on the remote end user, if they have Calling Name feature enabled from the provider or not.
