Hello,
I have an issue where external caller are unable to reach one particular extension starting as of two days ago but all other extensions work as intended. Extension 2204 is only able to receive calls from other IP phones on the network but cannot recieve calls coming from the PRI, I have enable "debug isdn q931" and I can see my calls being recieved but the call never makes it to the phone. Here is a list of the dial peers configured on the router:
dial-peer voice 1 pots
preference 1
destination-pattern 9[2-9]......
port 0/0/0:23
forward-digits 7
!
dial-peer voice 2 pots
preference 1
destination-pattern 91..........
port 0/0/0:23
forward-digits 11

dial-peer voice 3 pots

dial-peer voice 4 pots

dial-peer voice 5 pots

session target ipv4:10.254.2.5 ---------------- CUCM Publisher

dial-peer voice 11 pots

!
dial-peer voice 12 pots

From CDR I do not see the calls either which makes me think the the router is not sending the calls to CUCM.
Here is the outpu of "debug isdn q931" for the call that failed:

Hi,
Could you please post the debug outputs from debug voice dialpeer inout and debug voice ccapi inout (if you can run the separately) it will be great.
Tnx

In the end the router just needed to be reset, the extension was associated with a srst virtual port that was showing up so the calls were going nowhere. After reloading the router all calls were seccessful.

I am assuming your call-flow is below
PSTN------PRI---GW----H.323----CUCM-----IP phone--2204
along with what wilson suggest you need to collect below debugs as well
Debug voice ccapi inout
Debug isdn q931
Debug h225 ans1
debug h245 asn1
debug ip tcp transcation.
At the same please pull the call manager traces for non-working call.

Nadeem Ahmed
