External database error

Hello,

I am trying to configure external sql database for file transfer and presistent chat with IM &P 11.5

but every time I get error failed connection although I made the steps shown in the guide and in jaime valencia video

please check attached error

and I get also this error with ubuntu

Verify the node public key is configured correctly on the external file server

Make sure the node public key has been added to the external file server authorized_keys file. Make sure the external file server user has been configured correctly. Make sure the permissions on the external file server user's home and .ssh directories are correct. Make sure the external file server supports SSHv2. Make sure Cisco XCP File Transfer Manager service has been started

Thanks problem solved by turning firewall off in windows sql machine
