Is there a way to change the external phone mask on several phones at once without having to edit each line individually? Can i use the Bulk Admin tool somehow? All i need to edit is the one field, external phone mask.
What version of CUCM are you running? You can do this in the CUCM Admin page by going to: Bulk Administration > Phones > Add/Update Lines > Update Lines > Select Lines > External Phone Number Mask.
