FAC Configuration

Hi,

I would like to configure the directory number in the Cisco IP Phone 7961 and CIPC, but I need than the calls from 7961 use FAC and the call from CIPC don´t use FAC.

That is possible?

Directory Number:    7000

Partition:         Internal   

Calling Search Space:     External

Route Pattern:

Pattern: 001613XXXXXX   

Partition: External

Require Forced Authorization Code: Enable

Calling Search Space: External

Selected Partition: Internal, External

Phone Type: 7961 (Phone configured with the DN 7000 PT Internal)

Note: The user enters the FAC.

Phone Type: CIPC (Phone configured with the DN 7000 PT Internal)

Note: The user does not enter the FAC

If you enable the FAC on the route pattern all calls to this pattern will need FAC.

You can create another route pattern without FAC in other partition, create a new CSS and associate this CSS on the device page (CIPC).
