I later noticed that the problem was due to the use of POE switches instead of POE+ switches. Therefore, limited power supply to the APs was the main challenge.

The issue has been closed. Actually, had to do some clean up on my CME router for calls to start coming in. There was duplicity of subinterfaces that had identical vlans! Thanks for your support.
