I have a SPA2102 connected with Line 1 to a phone (which works great) and Line 2 to a FAX. My fax machine is a Canon ImageClass MF4150. Firmware is 5.2.12. My VOIP provider is VOIP.MS.
When someone tries to send a fax to this fax machine, I hear it ring, click and then the light for "processing data" goes on, but that is it, I never receive the fax. I have tried so many things, but nothing helps.
I was not sure what all the information is I can provide to get help, so here are screenshots of my configuration. It is the basic screenshots, so if we need the advanced ones, I can get it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
