FAX does not work in Cisco 2921 Voice Gateway

Hello Team,

Recently we have migrated from TDM to SIP. Currently Site use SIP over MPLS and H323 for SRST. As far as calls are concerned, they are working fine, but we have issues with Fax lines (FXS Ports). We have enabled stcapp for all four FXS Voice ports. They were all registered with CUCM. But when I dial the fax line, We used to hear some bad static noise.We connected analog phone and checked all the ports,we did not hear dial tone.

Please find the configuration of Voice Gateway attached. Need your valuable suggestions.

Hello Team,

Please help me out of this Issue.We are getting Loud Noises from Fax machines and also neither able to send or recieve FAX. I have double checked the configuration.It seems to be fine.When I gave "Debug VPM Signal", I see the port is ringing.We also connected one analog phone to the FXS Port,and found as soon as we dial the call analog phone rings.But when we offhook the analog phone,we hear loud noise.We also unable to hear dial tone from CUCM.
