Fax sending not possible with VG202 (SCCP) - But Receiving Fax is working

Hello Community,

do you have any idea how to troubleshoot or solve this issue/scenario?

We have a Cisco VG202XM, which has a fax connected on port 0/0.
The PSTN gateway is a virtual Cube.

The Call Manager is  running with version 11.5.

We can successfully receive a fax, but we are not able to send.

While trying to send we will get with debug voip ccapi inout:

Hello everybody,

For those, who are facing the same problem, I solved the issue:

Following is the correct configuration (compared to the config in my post before):
voice service voip
fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback cisco
modem relay nse codec g711ulaw gw-controlled

By the way: Also the fax device was not working properly. With an other fax device and the configuration above, everything works. Please be aware, that also the configuration of the fax (prefix and connection) needs to be correct.
